 FAQs

  • Every EMV device we offer on this site will work with your VersioPay merchant account.

  • Your VersioPay account supports card-present and card-not-present transactions. You can process a payment without a terminal by entering the card details into your software. In order to access dip, tap, or swipe card-present transactions you will need an EMV terminal

  • Once our Installation Team confirms your equipment order, it takes 7 - 10 for configuration and shipping.

  • Because of how we configure equipment to your merchant account, we’re unable to support used units for payment processing.

  • Since your device requires custom configuration, we can only set up new units bought here.

  • EMV units can only support one merchant account. If you have more than one account, you’ll need a unit for each one.
